QA4S is a web-based quality assurance platform designed for construction and welding projects. It provides end-to-end tracking of weld data, project compliance, and documentation — from project setup through final QC sign-off — across multiple owners, contractors, and job sites.
Each role has tailored access to the features relevant to their responsibilities.
System administrator managing the entire platform, all owners, users, and master data.
The company or entity that owns the project or facility. Reviews dashboards and project status.
The welding or construction company executing the work. Creates events, uploads certificates, and monitors progress.
On-site staff who record detailed weld data, QC results, and material specifications in the field.

Each Owner operates in complete isolation — projects, locations, and data are fully separated from other owners on the platform.
Permissions are configurable at role level and individual user level — covering View, Add, Edit, Delete, Upload, and Export per feature.
ISO certificate uploads per contractor, deliverable attachments per event and equipment type, organized by owner and project.
Built-in chat between team members, project update notifications, and voice/video call sessions — all integrated into the platform.
The platform is available in 7 languages: English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Simplified Chinese, German, and Russian.
All records use soft-delete — everything is recoverable and a full history of changes is maintained, ensuring nothing is permanently lost.
